of course a skyline is easier to drift than a lada...its simple... a lada canot drift

id love to see someone with no experience jump into a 300 kw car and "drift" a full lap of taupo...

hitting all the clipping points doing this with one continuous drift...

So it does take skill to DRIFT a powerfull car...

like i said its easy to do a burnout and slam down a few oz...anyone can do that

this thread has gone pretty far off topic and i have to say i agree with the author that skids in general are stupid. there's a reason why d1nz guys get sponsored adn paid to do what they do, they're pro so to speak and it show's in their control. the average tween who buys a turbo silvia, lowers it, puts a massive exhaust etc and then loses it in chch and kills a child is nothing more than in unskilled tosser. as for drifting being the fastest way around a corner? come on, serious? go tell the guys that drive formula one cars that true enough, they skid/drift through corners in a lot of race types, drift/rally etc but in general the quickest way is to nail the apex and get the power down spot on, hence i love subis. i can go round corners way faster and far more controlled than any rwd, guarenteed.
