R32 R's are good quick track cars with the right mods, but useless for lowspeed events and rather expensive to fix. Mind you so are Porsches!

not really, but good enough. gone to Rob, so should be a Port Rd if he can get the clutch sorted in time.

As said previously blew the motor up at hampton on sunday,so thought this evening i would make a start this is what happened......

As you guys will know pretty easy to get the lump out only 3 hours work and she is stripped, to my amazment ive never seen the rod snap like this and wedge itself between the sump and strainer,thus when i put here on the transporter to bring her home from the track it only smoked and misfired. The snapped piston and rod was wedged so hard it was just missing the crank when it was running and the piston itself had flarred and stuck in the bore....Heard many stories now about no 4 going on the main big end bearing just didnt think it had happened to mine until i opened her up.Verdict......slight oil pump failure as some will know leading to no flow and n04 big end going bang then siezure and snappage....Gutted guys but hey its simple enough to do and now time for the rebuild. Thought you guys would appreciate the piccies. :o

today i put my sti speedo in,its a 240km one,the only problem is the speedo reads around 80 and really im doing about 50 lol night just pull it out and sell it now,FAIL lol

I believe if its electronic speedo there is a device some one is selling on here to fix your problem, Have a look in the for sale section

Not sure where you will take it to get it done.

I took my truck to oil changers today and got oil and filter done. I was unable to change filter without a pit.

fecking lame! Might attempt the fuel filter myself!
