Just got mine back from the panel and painters man it looks good at the moment.

Mines covered in dirt and birdshit and I have no inclination to clean it before MM I bet alot of you are getting your pedantic cleaning on in preparation for the big day!

sorted an ongoing issue with a hiace van who would of thought that the fuel pickup in the tank had a filter on it and it was blocked

Ha ha I dont think ive seen a pick up on any tank with out a filter unless some cool kid removed it

yes but u dont expect to find it blocked and it has been away to a "specialist" and they couldnt find it ,this is what happens when u stop thinking oldskool and worry about the check engine light to much,when it came back and still had the same issue but to a lesser extent i started to think back to what would cause this, it was "hunting",thought maybe it was sucking air, so started to check back using a clear hose at each joint until i was still getting air bubbles at the tank,so looked at the parts diagram @ toyodiy.com and seen an in tank filter and then thought FARK i bet that is blocked

Quite often they get blocked . It a diesel ? Just shit in the tank . You clean the tank out ?

Painted the scoop on the bh, its not perfect, still waiting on a different one to be made but its better than the primer grey, also changed teh oversized fuel rails from the black ones i was borrowing for red ones that arrived via courier today. gave it a wash and a quick vac out to.

Put a new set of speakers in the front of the Bighorn. It had the original factory sPeakers with paper cones lol so now it sounds a lot better lol.

Next week might do backs!

Hahaha, i actually went in to the place that has had my car for the last month or so and started tinkering with it cause they hadnt done a few things that i had done b4 they took the engine out, so i was thr to back them up! I gotcha back Te Rapa Automotive ;D
