  2. Yeah, ring spanner and socket only. Preferably 6 point sockets. Because a stripped nut there will make you cry. A lot.

  3. Will post print outs later. It was running a bit lean but after the air flow censer was cleaned it was all good. Its knocking a bit on high rpms . Turbo comes on late and runs at 18psi which he said was a bit low and makes 179kw at hubs. Could be leak or turbo stuffed. Makes me want a tune even more... Got aem fuel pump coming. Might get 3port and downpipe/decat too. +1 for Chris at prestige tuning. He is a legend. Definitly gonna use them again.

  8. Do people buy aftermarket brake pads that has better stopping ability and also work when it's cold? (ie not racing pads) If yes where do you buy them from/what brand? If no why not? THanks

  17. Invest in a good breaker bar and a set of single hex impact sockets. A good length of strong pipe too and you will be able to get just about anything off without stripping it. Make sure to get a set with 14,17,19,22,24, those are the sizes you will most use on your Subaru. A 32 would be good too as the CV nuts are 32 I believe. I'm not 100% on that though, they might be 36.

  18. Not sure exactly. Sounds good tho I stripped a nut when trying to get rear strut off old impreza, had to cut it off and replace it. was not fun

  19. Most of the Brake write--ups in the Mega FAQ are a few years old but still relephant http://www.clubsub.org.nz/forum/index.php?/forum/139-general-faq-read-only/ theres 27 Matches for the word "Brake" in it so pasted a few, soz did not read any links to see if they work there's also a brake pad review here : which is in the Motorsports section : http://www.clubsub.org.nz/forum/index.php?/forum/65-motorsports/ (yes this forums has information spread out as far as possible to make it harder to find : and I hate it)

  20. Eagle rods in both. Arp head bolts in both. Standard ones. Did 30000km in the 2.5 with 33psi road only. The 28psi one has done a season of rally and a year of drags plus daily street duty.

  22. We have done a few up to 33psi. 28psi is only one still going at the moment. Making 350wkw. Not much done to engine in the scheme of things. Forged Pistons, rods, head studs, cams and a light polish. The 33psi one was my old car. Snapped a forged rod. Never put on the dyno so don't know power. Was a few years ago. Would light up all 4 wheels in 4th Round ruapuna corners though, but triangle tyres prob didn't help.

  24. Znoelli sell good performance pads also. Another idea would be to give ie Racebrakes a ring.
