Front mount better than top mount?

yeh i know its old bt its not full of bitching like all the new ones..no i havent aye i think i shuld my mainfold has be turned around if thats wat u call it so im nt sure how easy it would be to change it if that is the issue...jus thout id add my 2 sence to this thread

It's a flipped manifold which is done so to reduce Lag.

I doubt it would be worth the time to reverse the work on your car.

Perhaps you should get some experience before adding your 2 cents.

But with the flipped manifold you car should have around the normal amount of lag,

swaping it back would be wayyyyyy to much effort for something thats going to do sweet F all if not make it worst

Loren has the advantage of a later model WRX - so has a decent sized top mount already and the room to put a bigger one (ala Process West/PWR etc). For those of us with sh*tty V1/2 WRX topmounts, well anything else is better if you ask me and room is at a bit of a premium, so without having to mess stuff up front mount is an easy and practical solution.

I will eventually get round to going front mount I guess - not that I want to. If the car will stop breaking itself for 5 seconds that is!
