Yeah i thought the squeaky bov was biz, after 2 weeks of having one.....not so much. so qiute possibly....plumb back....judging by the rumours, might be the way to go.

Seems a few places are cracking down on it. I would imagine a WOF at your friendly neighborhood performance shop and it would still slip past.

That said I will probably plumb mine back when I get my bigger TMIC on next week just so I stay squeaky clean.

Not the biggest of probs really considering it\'s 30 sec to swap an atmo to vent back, unless you have a custom inlet / intercooler path where it\'s a b!tch to vent it back

Just swapped back to recirc myself... embarassed to say it\'s changed my driving style. I think I sub (sorta) consciously was making it spool up *psh* spool *psh* - now with no sound I find myself staying off boost far more

On topic my vote for best sound either Blitz DD with trumpet or the Greddy Type R old school ones - think fast & furious number intro scenes, weird valve but sounds unique, makes like a high then low pitch noise

For the venting bov wof fails etc this seems to be a constant rumour in c.s. If its illegal to have a venting bov then it will be written in the virm before being applied, i haven\'t seen it mentioned in there yet. Maybe someone can enlighten us if its there as a \'\'rule\'\'?

I vote anything that gives comp surge sounds best I like the flutter. But Ive got mine set up so I get zilch surge and it gives off a wissssshhhhhh noise or no noise at all suits me fine as its better for the car.
