picked up my shortblock yesterday (its on the engine stand waiting for heads) ;D, also dropped heads off for some groovy valve work.

got the intake manifold all etch primed and am not spraying the top coat on ..... wrinkle black .

was wondering why my temp gauge was up around the H mark..

turns out the bottom radiator hose has a small pin hole size split in it..

off to repco and $36.00 later got a new one.

Took it back to mag & turbo, they rolled the rear guards for free, still unsure if it has fixed the guard hitting wheel & grinding out rubber issue, if it appears to keep happening ill take it back and get them to throw my standy springs back in

Just get the same wheels in a differant offset... get some which dont stick out so far.

yeah ill see how it goes over the next couple of days and then call them again..... man ive never spent soo much time in the hutt haha

Fitted turbo finally,

with a few hours of nutting out exactly how to make the lines fit. only to get to the last part and my water feed line is too short looks like another trip to GSS. Fitted freshly reco'd steering rack with new nolathane bushes, refitted all my intercooler pipes made up new intercooler brackets and put my new Cusco master cylinder brace on haha it's like being a kid in a candy shop visiting the TRD store. All that shiny blue stuff makes your mouth water.

were you at GSS on saturday by anychance? Swear that turbo looks identical to the turbo a dude was holding. Turbos from America (cant remember the brand off the top of my head)
