Intercooler off for the umpteenth time, got the little fans mounted better (one was buzzing on something, an intercooler fin maybe?) so got that fixed up all pretty, now they just sound like the air con fan running from outside and inaudible from inside. Woo

Took it for a test drive, forgot the syms jap special ecu in it takes forever how to relearn how to idle after a reset, stalled by itself twice then after 5 or 10 mins its stabilised at 700rpm finally. Stupid car. Probably something more behind it but meh, job for another day, need to get it pressure tested and dynoed again with new ecu once i get up north

Okay so belts changed! So much better than what I was using o-o silent

Although found something concerning, my overflow bottle looked like this:

But I drained the same amount from filler and it was crystal clear I know my secondary is leaking oil and being a pig, wondering if related since it also happens to be closest hose to overflow

the green or the floaties? if concerned about the green, don\'t be, that\'s your antifreeze / anti boil stuff... it\'s ment to be there

Chucked a blitz bov on it, the noise is nothing amazing but the backfires on rhe other hand are 12 gauge spec

Going to take a while for this particular novelty to wear off, pops enough of a flame I see the flash on shiny things in the rearview mirror

Idk how bee*r work but g4 has up to three conditions I think. TP, speed, and something else? May be just those two. Mines permenantly on when I run high boost but only comes on over 80% tp and off at 25kmh.

Pulled my oil cooler off as the lines were a bit small and causing a pressure drop, back up to 85psi at redline...beautiful!!

Raised the rear of the car 10mm and put my v7 sti rims and nice tyres back on. Ready for track day

Set bee*r up, it was building 15psi at 7k

Took a quick test video at 7.5k, the sound ended up pretty shitty so I\'m not sure what to do about that? Perhaps it was because all the windows were shut?

Gripped really well I was surprised

Still need to get an outside video of the exhaust on cut for flames
