I decided to make the exterior look less boy-racery. keep getting munter offers for crappy cars so figure some one who has the cash has a more "mature" taste. like myself really...i haven't changed the look in 3-4 years, and my tastes are vastly different now. probably the reason i only ever drive it once a month and usually only for the purposes of keeping the oily parts wet

Car was up on the hoist..

Found out the rear subframe bolts are basically rooted as well

And wheel bearings for other hubs are fooked, so need new ones

And al was saying the rear axels for the r180 looked slightly longer and that I might need to get different lateral arms...can anyone confirm? Didn't think I needed them..

Track days on Monday so really hoping it will be done!

Drove it into garage, first time its moved itself in 8 months!

Lots to do still, but progress is progress

Washed her and oil change. Completed replacing front and rear pads and front rotors. And bled clutch while i was in the bleeding process

2.4 kg of sound deadening removed today. makes a grand total of 12 kg removed.

havent weighed it yet but rear doors, wiring removed from loom + 1 front door as well.

the bonnet in this puppy is farking heavy .... lets see if it can go on a diet!

or just go for a later model alloy one!

brakes bleed and finally on the road with 4/1 pots,so much better

Yesterday: sanded and prepped the calipers for painting, took discs for machining and made new decals for the calipers

the day before: removed dirt and gave the calipers a good clean.

today: painted them black

will post pics of end result later!

No answer yet but cant see you getting them bolts for weekend tbh. They would have to come out of subaru NZ to you...

Been there done that. then try giving it a clay bar then cut and polish and wax after that. took me all week lol.

Got my tune tweaked with a little road tuning tonight, feels a million times better off boost now. Also closed loop lamda set up for lean cruise, see if I can save some gas

Just need to find me a good WOF place that doesn't mind my exhaust ... It's a little loud and I'm sorted ... anyone got a WOF ticket ? Or knows a place ... I want it checked but not all strict on exhaust and little bits like that .... In aux area ...
