did you have to roll the gaurds?: yes very much so when i had the old 235/50/18 tires but much better now there low profile.

did you have to roll the gaurds?:Not yet... but rubs with full carload full tank and full boot...if empty never rubs

Did you have to roll the guards?: Only rears with factory suspension now adjustys had to roll fronts now and remove plastic.

Tyres spec: 235/40 (Run wide as most 245's though)

Did you have to roll the guards?: No, with the dampers set stiff/Yes, when they are setup soft

I also think you should add alignment to the form, it plays a huge part in what will fit and what won't.
