Installed a Air/Fuel ratio meter into my wrx... still have to fiddle with it a bit to get it right though

Heres a video of it in action

What's the condition of your oxygen sensor?? If the sensor isn't working properly then your fancy pants new meter won't be accurate. Looks good though!!

1) Pull the rear seats out

By 'pull the rear seats out' you mean actually remove them, or pull the little tag thingy?

Sedan? or Wagon....

If you have a parcel shelf I assumed it was a sedan and in that case I mean remove them from the veehickle.

Sedan. Two 12mm bolts and the base comes out. 2 or 3 12mm bolts and the back lifts up and off. Just note the hook things at the top of the seat back that it hooks onto when it comes to refitting it.

Sedan, they come with a little tag thingy to pull them down so the boot opens up into the car... for long things like skiis and **** I assume.

I havnt found them too distracting yet... as I have an after market momo wheel, im fairly tall and sit upright I cant see the majority of the LEDs i just see the bottom half a mm or so of them

when its cold its all over the place, but once its had a goodish run it seems to settle and give the expected readings

Seems to indicate what id expect to see. Lean when coasting and a rich spike when you change gear (BOV atmospherically vented im guessing) or get on boost.

btw Red = lean, yellow = rich. What im seeing is lean in over run, and rich when cruising and under power. Im running a PossumLink ecu which hasnt really been tuned for my car and runs fairly rich most of the time, also no afm to get confused by the venting bov

It'll be showing rich for just about everything richer than 14.7:1 which you'd hope your car is running when under load and probably at cruise with the Possumlink. It should be down around 12.5:1 to 10:1 but the narrowband sensor will not be able to show this other than "rich"

It shows lean on overrun as the injectors should be shut of (if throttle is closed) and basically just pumping air. On a wideband it often shows up over 100:1 on overrun because the sensor is picking up nearly zero combusted carbon products.

in conclusion its a waste of space?

I vote put it on the front of your grill and be a technicolour KITT/Hasslehoff combo!

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
