Went to fit wing today and found that it is rather poorly designed and won\'t sit well, have made up brackets to mount it to but also found that windscreen glue doesn\'t cure as fast as I would like it to so the car stands like this for the next couple days while I let it set

Also I got my old boost tap back today in the mail, got it on 16psi atm (you will all be so proud :P) seems reasonably happy there and miles better than running factory boost control

Cut a big obsolete chunk out of the engine bay wiring loom of the RS. Ran out motivation to strip it out where it runs across the firewall so I went for a play in the Peugeot instead. Driving the toys is alot more fun than working on them at the mo...

Looks good at the first height doesn\'t look too low to me?

Bet it rides nice though :)

You need to take the bolt out of the bumper mount hammer the metal mount up and secure with a cable tie. Cut the lip of the bumper away to about half way down too, you\'ll rub through it all at that height (like I did) doesn\'t look any different from the outside.

Also if you haven\'t done it yet then hammer the bulge on the inside of the guard up flat, has no effect on the outside panel and gains you heaps of room to go lower.

Haha, "secure" the bumper with a cable tie

I can not judge, lost a lot over the years from supermarket bollard things ripping them off

Looks mint to me anyway, no point having a pig to drive for the sale of dropping it another half inch and getting more Internet kudos

It was hitting the bumper edge so ground it down and I did hammer the mount up it was worn to about 1mm from the washer. I might just move the bolt back and grind it off if I have any more problems. Because my exhaust is a straight piece of 3" with a slight kink in it at the diff it sits pretty low which was pretty annoying at first height. Its my van/ute/etc so has to be practical.

The bump you speak of is in the rear ae? Dont need to touch that didnt hit even sacked.

Rode nice sacked out not a rough ride at all. Probably better than super lows tbh.

The front bumper is held by cable ties on the ends already.

You can - remove the transponder chip from the OEM key and tape it to the immobilser pick up antenna then any correctly cut key will work and not need a chip

And also completely defeat the relatively good (by all accounts) factory immobiliser.

It may work if you have it on your keyring beside the keybarrel.

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
