Done some "winterising" to the lux, means fitting driving lights and Bosch wiring and also running uprated headlight wiring thanks to PIAA

Found out the Turbosmart BOV i bought was siezed and not working....

Sooo Bought a Blitz Veriable fitted it on and works perfectly!

On an otherwise stock car, yep

Tends to be the "icing on the cake" to a car with a very racey look (like racecar minus stickers styling)

I had Kennelly cams make me a set after a lot of talking with engine builder and tuner I\'m yet to know full details lol I\'m just the guy paying for them!

It kind of looks like someone has jimmied something near the middle, causing the glass to flex and then some condensation to form around where the glass meets the rubber? Probably some cheeseball trying to break in, but someone started wondering near by and they did a runner.

Spent the last few hours modding a set of delete tubes for fbssub1 to fit his big injectors!

Ran it to almost empty to get rid of the e10 I put in it

Semi fixed the hesitation/surging it has developed but not completely, might throw new plugs at it as well now. Not really sure what the problem is or where it lies, not boost related, gets better when hot?

Swore at it a bit, then dropped my phone which was being used as a torch down under the engine, where it sat on the undertray thing

Under a hot engine... At 8:30 pm, with no outside light in my driveway

Burnt hands slightly, got to phone before it melted under exh manifold at least haha

I\'ve probably missed the things you\'ve checked but a faulty afm will cause surging, common thing with the afm\'s used on subaru\'s

Got two of them, both behave identical

That said I can\'t prove a negative so you could still be right - I keep thinking "afm?" then "naaah can\'t be"

Will have to try and jimmy up something to watch voltages / get one of those subaruOBD reader jobs at some point

i haven\'t done something to it per say -it\'s been sitting in a garage for over two months now -

But i did book a re-tune for it, YAY gonna have it back soon ;D

A scan won\'t always show a fault code unless it\'s outside specific parameters, it may be in the set voltages but out of calibration? I made a write up somewhere on here on taking a voltage reading before you send one away for testing/repairing

It\'d be nice to say with two afm\'s you\'d have one good one, but they really do play up a lot.
