car is in getting it\'s second alignment of the year, hopefully suspension bits can all stay put for a while and I can wear down these tires before the next one.

Found out that my down pipe has a small leak. Heard the leak before but wasnt sure if it was the up pipe or down pipe. Only running about 7 psi boost so hopefully that will raise the boost once i fix it...AND i have to do my rocker cover gaskets...bloddy oil leaks

Opened the wallet and payed for suspension and silicone hose for breathers.

Pulled radiator to get a bung welded in bottom outlet for temp switch since i\'m getting fittings welded into the intercooler piping atm too

Also resealed thermostat housing.

Then stood back a lol\'d at the disco biscuits it\'s rolling on atm

Brought a new exhaust for her - its a 3" full stainless system - Seems like a decent piece of kit! (the only thing I\'m going to change is the exhaust tip)

Was out fishing at maraetai wharf last night, heard a subie, looked for it, saw rajin go gruising past. The crackle that thing has on decel is freaking awesome!!!!

Yea sounds all good, will change the exhaust tip eventually - don\'t like the sound of this no brand one (probably go for http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=707831604 ) In the mean time im happy

The tip just makes it sounds like a non turbo untill you open her up a bit. It\'s all good at idle.

Had an apexi on my old car with similar set up. Sounded mint.

Plus i want the jdm goodness

Is your tip on an angle?

I asked the guys at redline if it would be on an angle and they said \'NO its straight/flat\'

I was so stoked when I started bolting her up and I saw the angle ;D

I don\'t mind the sound.... but I wanna try get it a bit more raspy (maybe I should just straight pipe it)

Yup mines on an angle, get a different so I can see what it sounds like as a test .. Ive considered a new one but not sure what I\'d get.

$495 for full system from redline performance. And yeah it does the job.

The quality isn\'t bad, the welds are better than the ones on my xforce downpipe

I wasn\'t going to go for it - but I had Alex at highbrook auto recommend them.
