MBC on a 2nd gen twinner, does it go between the turbo nipple and wastegate or stay the same way as the factory setup?

Yes and no.

Rear top hats and they'll bolt on to the car, but there are some caveats to that.

If they're coilovers with adjustable camber on the top plate then the fronts end up a bit funny because while the PCD of the bolts is the same the orientation is different so you will end up with the camber adjustment on about a 30 degree angle so adding/removing camber will affect caster as well.

The GD's track is a little wider than the GC so you end up with positive camber in the rear unless you have either camber adjustable tophats or aftermarket camber bolts.

GG struts would be OK, I think.

oh was looking at some v7 sti genome struts to put into my gc8 lol was hoping it was gunna be a simple swap

Between turbo and wastegate. Factory hoses come out.

anyone know why a car temp gauge would go colder on open road at 100kms? it goes under the lowest temp and when u pull over it idles as if its just been started up. around town car will stay at normal operating temp and idle corectly. possible thermostat issue?

Never used partsouq. Can't make head nor tail of it. It's the ones that push on James and then you put a bolt through to secure.

If they are the same ones that hold the bottom of the bumper on then I have some (Chinese knockoff ones!) coming, if they are the ones that have a Phillips screw thingy in them, then they aren't the same ones.

Nah it's like a piece of metal folded over with a threaded hole in it to attach inner guard to the guard itself. But thanks guys

Anyone have a diagram for the internal relay block on a V7 WRX? Or may just be able to tell me what they are for? I can't for the life of me find one. Can only find fuse box diagrams. I'm talking about the block on the left in this picture: http://pictures.rennhart.com/2014Q4/110361/110361_299.jpg

I'm trying to chase down a clicking/ticking noise at around 2000rmp under load.

Could unplug them one at a time and see what stops working, label them as you go.

Should i be cleaning the insides of a second hand turbo before installing it? i.e. flushing oil and coolant through the relevant parts?

ok a really dumb question haha ive pulled out my wrx carpet and i want to thoroughly clean it can i put it in a washing machine hahaha or is there a better way to do it i want to clean the topside and underside of carpet

water blaster and sugar soap

1. install engine damper

2. install voltage stabilizer

3. install OBD2 scanner

any comment?
