well hopefuly the rebuilders in pamly have pulled motor apart lol,

getting new fordge wiseco pistons is first on the shopping list and new cluch and i spose there will be more to add soon lol

Re installed nicely wrapped headers and tended to cuts now on both hands.

Man what a pig of a job!!!!!!

Then decided it was time to mount and wire up my wasted spark coil setup. and measure up for new HT leads.

Pull ECU out and started to identify earth wires on ECU that i need to re terminate to make sure it's getting the power it requires.

Cleaned intercooler out and refitted...

Bout halfway through the list i need to finish before Dyno on Saturday.

went filled radiator, checked oil and fluids, put keys in ignition for the first time in a few months, check stereo and hear a drip drip, find out coolant is leeking, so checked where it come from and relised i had forgotten to make sure coolant lines for secondary turbo are tight oooops

then fided than and in that spatce of removing intercooler and putting it back on i lost a hose clamp, socket and 2 screwdrivers

on the plust side the stereo still works mint even without a sub

wired up an oil pressure light in the yellow burnout pig,

only three more jobs to do before the burnout comp on the 30th

fix the exhaust leak

sort out a tap to turn off the rear brakes

and find some hoosiers to do skids on

easy right?

oh and the sparky is comin over this weekend to sort out the wagon, yay all my cars will be goin at once!!

Ben and I spent a painful day putting all new speakers, sub, amp and headunit in...everything that could have gone wrong did. Got there in the end and I learnt alot about my car!

Hummed and hahaed about whether to go with a VF 30 or 34.......last week a replacement fuel pressure regulator has seemingly fixed its retarding 3-4 degrees problem and stopped it detonating.
