Wow that\'s getting some pace up

Dumb question - not speed cut is it? Weird it happens only in 5th nothing else

Yeah its got a small amount of herb ;D But no not a speed cut as i\'m running a Link G4. After tightening the clamp abit more it was really good today, held 15psi clean. I also swapped out my old Blitz boost guage so i could get an accurate reading(the needle used to vibrate so bad it was hard to see the difference between .8 and 1.0!!)

I\'m also going to pull the plugs and gap them down to .8mm as they are 1.1 Bosch units to see if that helps. I thought the spark might be getting blown out at high load/boost points. Kind of trial and elimination with a small amount of research thrown in for safety sakes ;D

Special thanks to hijacka, new Perrin Crank Pulley has replaced the tired old crank pulley. No more wobble!

And also..

Wow, looks 10X better with the later model bumper. Makes the early ones look pretty povo

My dad snapped the bolt of a crank pulley once; had to get a new engine lol, 6 years later: $400 well spent haha.

Today though: I put the aircon belt on my car, chucked on the plastic \'twin turbo blah blah\' as a joke; cos my car isn\'t haha xD had to modify it a little so it\'d fit with my silicon intake, also adjusted the seat; it sits a bit higher now = greater visibility :D

Had to make some metric fine countersunk cap screws as you cannot buy them

Awesome.

I shortened my amp wiring as it was just coiled up under the passenger seat, so it wasn\'t too good. But a piece of advice for people: Don\'t cut the plugged cables unless you have something to join cored wire, it was a bloody pain lol, sorted it in the end, with much patience and perserverance. Less clutter down there now :D

Almost finished pulling the old alarm out of the RX. Lots less clutter now. I think everything still works lol :D

I kept unplugging stuff and checking it would still work.

Still abit more to do.

Car doesn\'t idle right. will have to look into it and try sort it out.

ripped out front and rear strut braces, boost gauges, temp and oil press. gauges, and associated wiring, ripped out headunit and tidied all wiring in behind it, gave it a wash, now about to clean out the inside. it\'s like driving blind without them gauges!!!!!

was looking at that, but the price is suspiciously low. also looking at one over on the shore, it\'s a silver one in fantastic condition, but having issues getting hold of the guy.
