So confused, why do I have an intake leak

Fixed that problem by installing a new gasket, or so I thought

That then continued to leak, reason for that it turns out was one of the bolts I used (the one in the most bastard location at the back) was the wrong one and had grabbed maybe a single turn of thread.... Before stripping the thread in the block. Unbeknownst to me.

Longer bolt found, problem solved, inlet manifold clamped down evenly, no more pheeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEp noise on boost, yuss

Also made a proper pipe for air filter (replacing skody corrugated one)

I have a set of struts they look to be good condition red ones in the front and standard black in the rear i won't be using seeing i have bc's going in the Wagon pm me if you get stuck!

Replaced smokey vf23 with vf22 that Johnnynz kindly picked up for me from auckland..

Took it for a 100 k drive around the pohangina valley..

Laid down a solid smoke screen for first 50 k as the exhaust burnt out the oil and crap..

Came clean and is running well and boosting fine..

Nice to have it back on the road again..

Didn't Matt mention a while back he prefers to tune for oil thats had a bit of use so the tune isn't done for a car with perfect condition oil which it'll hardly ever be in?

Lol because oil goes from good to bad in the 10000km between changes. Sounds like john deere oh any competitors oil only meets spec for a week use ours. Yea because thats how oil specs are measured on a 7 day interval...

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
