As long as the headlights aim correctly you should be sweet....

Made a little we stumpy alloy oil filler tube so that the 710 cap is right down on top of the head and out of my way.

Drove Wangas to TGA while my Tezz got a cambelt done, the WRX didnt miss a beat. Sadly the boost is still up and down, I run anywhere from 12-15.5 PSI... Luckily I have a theory that hopefully will be vindicated soon.

found out that yea, boost controller solenoid doesn't work...

put some new shoes on her, gawd damn it handles a lot better, no sidewall mush... slightest understeer. repacked right rear strut with more grease, no knocking now yay!!! drove it around a bit, put new bov on. its pretty stealth, not too loud, but you can definitely hear it. running around on wastegate pressure, thinking about reinstating ecu control on boost until i can get new solenoid... 7psi sux arse.

and now, after a somewhat intensive physio session, i can hardly move. productive day, happy happy

did you test the wiring to the solenoid for continuity and a signal ?

checked solenoid, yeah, its working fine. NO port is NO, NC port is NC. checked my plumbing, its fine. i do hope its not the controler itself thats farked.... hmmm. *scratches head* might crack open the case and check all the solder joints etc

Nice install,

Hope those hoses are not std -6 rubber hose , as they will stink of fuel

(look like they are std, by the way one hose is "bunched" up at the fitting)

If your using the teflon lined hose then perfect - well done

I bolted the exhaust manifold up, the lower intake manifold, the water pump housing and sat the turbo in place. )
