I purchased a front lsd :-X

Mounted turbo today. Piped it all in. Also mounted radiator, but still need to make up bottom brackets, and probably more top ones, as they are quite flimsy.

Need more I/C piping for turbo side, as the kit I had don't match up as it was designed for a TT. Also still need to run engine loom, but can do that anytime, just need to take upper intake manifold off.

Its starting to look like an engine bay! )

That i do indeed, pod barely fits though, scrapes down the side wall

BUT After sitting in the drivers seats & dr/thinking about what i'd replace them with & where they'd end up, so i gave up on the pics, wasted half a day too :-\

I didn't click when I was looking for an STi, saw that almost all of them had been rebuilt at some stage. Now I know why. Just hope it doesn't happen to me. Really gonna look after this motor.

Not today. But yesterday.....when the site was down.

My rear brakes were poked, DB1220 pads, rear 2-pots, same as Nissan R32/33/34 2-pots. Subaru 4-pots and Nissan are the same, DB1170 pads.

I replaced them with BNT C-Plus pads, $44, only pads avail on a Saturday morning. Bendix pads were $100-ish and not in stock. Neither were the Remsa ones from Extreme at $60.

The DB1220 pads don't seem to be that common - not in a Subaru anyway; only in GC8 Type-R/RA and WRX 2001-2007.
