A destination for a ChCh cruise?

Has Hanmer been done? Could be a good winter cruise? I know the guy that owns the Monteiths bar/restaruant up there could possibly get us a sharp price on meals/piss??

Hanmer is a pretty decent place.

Mairua Springs is better as its more off the beaten track and less busy.

Honestly you cant beat Akaroa for a drive imo.

sisters car/my current daily civic 1.5l vtec, never over $85 to fill, always get 550km+ to a tank (normally around 590km, not beating it apart from overtaking). Goes all right.

Get back from the meet wednesday night park the car up wake up in the morning and the dont want to sit at idle so i think it needs more warming up so i let it sit for abit 5mins later it starts poping and spitting like its a rotary then dies so i start it again and shes fine till i get out the drive and she cuts out. I then put it backin the drive call my mechanic to come get it. Find out two hours later needs a new ecu and smaller injectors plus a jew afm. Fml wont get it back till some time this week coming and now i gotta use the ds commy

Put this on , think i need to take the hose clamps off the original pipe and use them on the other ends of the silicone joiners, seems fine atm but will chuck them on tomorrow for peace of mind

Unfortunately for her paint swapping isn't an option. My mrs reckons her white one is "prettier"

Completely removed air con- replaced Both aux belts - replaced both exhaust manifold gaskets and had to tap new threads on the turbo - changed coolant - flushed engine and replaced oil and filter - fixed up the inter cooler piping - don't u hate those hoary cunts who cut alloy with a grinder then just throw it on the car with metal pieces all up in the pipes !!!

Also painted rims and hubs etc and washed it in the rain lol
