so, it turns out that ecuflash doesn\'t like usb3.0 ports. uninstalled all of the things, reinstalled all of the things, used a different port and BAM it freaking worked!!!!!!!!!!!! soooo happy!!!!!

started to titu with launch control... converting a 160kb ecu to 192kb then shuffling around some patchwork inside the inner workings... yeah, nah. i\'m not doing that myself... lol

There\'s a good write up somewhere on romraider about setting up launch control (easy steps to follow), as for carberry speed density, great rom with great features but you really need a new intake air temp sensor located closer to the throttle body than stock as well as a sound knowledge of tuning in speed density as oposses to maf.

yep, $999 plus so $11500 plus a mx5 and what ever you want to do to customise it. As far as kit cars go they can by quite affordable compared to almost anything else. Awesome fun to drive, and for a 1600 it goes quite hard, cant wait to get mine going with the 1800 then feed it some pressure!!

Figured out how to check and clear SRS codes myself brilliant, now getting SRS codes 23 and 61 which is possibly faulty ABCU(23) or to do with (rh side) seatbelt pretensioner and/or faulty ABCU, which makes me think seatbelt pre-tensioner causing it to throw multiple codes. Yay.

On another note boost guage works when it\'s on the right vac line lol.

Looks like some twat sat or stood on it at some point. I noticed it a while ago but haven\'t got around to getting it fixed as was told it would cost at least $250 just to look at it (they have to pull all the roof liner out to see mechanism).

I think its just a bent bracket or something but I don\'t really have the know how to check it myself.

It leaks when raining though (fixed with duct tape currently) so I really have to get it fixed sooner rather than later...

definately alot more responsive alot more pull and quicker pickup. the thing im most pleased about though is that at higher rpms the engine doesnt sound like its screaming.
