What have you done to your car today?

Changed wheel nuts. Changed guard indicators to clear smoked ones (didn't realise you can do it with out taking wheel and guard liner off). Also placed the roof flap on the roof to have a wee maz. Should hopefully have it installed in a week or two

Actually happened last weekend, but installed a triple gauge pod on my dash retaining the centre dash storage compartment, filled the pod with Prosport boost, oil temp and oil pressure gauges. Just waiting until my oil is due in 500km to install the sandwich plate adapter and oil temp/pressure sensors.

Hmn; I mean we tolerate non- subaru cars here; but things that aren't even cars?

haha actually jealous; I want a duke monster.

I put in my replacement park light on the drivers side; now I can get the guard repaired. waiting til thursday; as I actually get a couple of days off then..

A Duke does sound like a suby in a way...

Could you send me a photo of this? Sounds exactly like what I want to do.

Here ya go... Just took them now, lighting was a bit rough, please excuse the silver screw heads popping out, I need to put black caps on them for extra tidiness.

The pod cost me some $18 from trademe and I just drilled a hole through the lid to run cables, and 2 other holes in the compartment itself then made a reasonable tidy loom by wrapping all the cables in electrical tape together all the way down the where I connected them and that's about it really. Pretty straight forward.

Not today but yesterday- I removed the rubber grommet from the bell housing from my auto as it it had become hard and somehow it dislodged and was hitting the starter ring. I can tell you I was s**tting myself when I first heard it, I thought I had done a bearing, then realized it was the wrong noise. Pulled it out and will get another one this weekend.

Not "today" but got a set of RX8 OEM rims for the mrs's car (Axela sedan) the other week, looks like it should have been a factory option. 17x6.5 stock, up to 18x8 it looks like a little hot wheels car now. Airtrek is currently in a few bits in the garage getting FMIC and intake pipe monkey-ed on, next step is TD05HR and reflash (Or, knowing my luck more likely something for the garden/lounge)

Started the slut, and drove it for the first time in a while. booked in for a wof, then reg then off to Rick sometime next week ish to get the dccd wiring done as well as a few other bits. I need to diagnose the radiator (i think its split in the top right, drivers side somewhere) not looking forward to spending money, but looking forward to some progress and actually being able to have a real play with it sometime soon...

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
