Put seats in- dash in - steering wheel bush in so no moar wobble in the wheel lol- anyone know about a white plug under the bh dash- looks like it goes somewhere then there's no where to plug in? Anywho- I couldn't find anywhere to plug it. Stereo wired in properly and junk.

Relocated the horns, mechanic flipped the IC so it dramatically shortens the tubing required, lots of work as he had to fabricate brakcets, cut out parts of the bumper to clear brackets and bolts for the IC, shave material of headlights so they sit flush again.

Fitted alternator, power stering resevoir assemble, fuel rails, injectors, starter motor, plenum, new radiator and fans, radiator hoses and GFB underdrive pulleys. Good progress made today. ;D

Me thinks it be the OBD2 plug :)

Changed out the amp to a 2 channel ready for sale. The amps not that great but it is brand new but old.

Sony 222w. I only have the fronts on it and i think the speakers are too grunty for the amp. Turn it up and it cuts out. Weird.

Has full power and good earth.

The previous amp was 2700w and ran 4 speakers and amp perfectly fine.

How can speakers be "too grunty" for the amp ?

Speakers are passive, neither grunty nor wimpy.

You mean the amp can't drive them properly ?

;D

I dunno. Somethings going on. Turn the gain on the amp up from zero and it cuts out.

The speakers are 250w fusion components and the amp is 222w sony.

Fusion cabling. Good power to amp, good power to head unit.

Good earth.

If you wanna pop around some evening or w/e we can just pop the wheel off and bend the stone guard back a tad, should fix it

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
