Finished my exhaust, managed to fit in a couple of flexi's and get the wastegate plumbed back in, in a way that doesn't require everything to be removed, piece-by-piece, just to get the exhaust off the turbo ;D

Put the radiator in and the other Brembo, now got two!

Moved my lister from the shed to the container I call that progress as i can strip it to get it going

Removed my front bar and drivers front guard for painting.

Done snorkelectomy while I was as it , Also fitted my new S & B panel filter so should hopefully have some good gains from the two.

Hopefully my painter can get it done quick or I wont be racing on sunday. ???

not strictly my car, but built half my new work bench for the man space, one coat of varnish applied , two or three more to go, and then can start on the other half this one is 2400l*1900h*600w

Drove it 600k welly>palmy>napier & back over last 4 days, even with dodgy clutch it went really well even with 2 fatties in the back ( my poor rear shocks )

saw some mint vintage cars in Napier with the art deco festival, got some snaps, even saw an old traction engine & steam roller, was quite cool, I have a wooden model traction engine that is older than I am, has same paint job etc as the one i saw up there ;D

Also its a pity about the state of the saddle road, used to be a nice drive, now its just horrid, been eaten to bits by trucks

car is filthy on the outside but i CBF doing anything about that today

Ticked over 1000k today on our road trip, still got another 4-500 or so to go.

Went for a ride in a mates 323 Hatch with a 12a in it, Jesus I thought my car was loud!
