I got talked out of cheapies last time, they were trying to tell me the electrodes break down and come away form the plug, but I guess thats only if your not changing them at correct intervals.

Au Bey I got this mean hotwheels evo I lowered with some bic pen springs... 5g my way and a tinny...

Always use copper core plugs, iridiums are great on something you don\'t want to be changing plugs on. I also opt for bkr7e\'s rather than bkr6e\'s

I used to do plugs every 6k but lately i\'ve barely been getting 2k from them before they\'re fouled :P

Fabricated a bracket to fit onto the top and side of the plenum, so I can mount the coil pack to it, Nearly finished it. Finished off fitting the AN coolant lines.

It is Jon eventually, STM gets the final tune just std tune now no flexi fuel. Still got two major things to do, the pedal box is going to be a bitch to sort out though going to take an age.

Wanted to find out why the handling has changed so much in the last week or so. Had new tyres fitted and thought that might be it but surely not? Jacked it up one wheel at a time and noticed that 3 out of 4 shocks are leaking so I\'m guessing the seals are stuffed? Also took rear spoiler off thinking it might be the source of the leak in the boot, noticed wet patch in there after heavy rain a few days ago. Can\'t see anything anywhere that\'s obvious?

On the subject of shocks, how much would it cost to either get the seals redone, or get new shocks fitted? Looking at a set of bilsteins with sti pink springs, about $300 which I think is a bargain, the cost to get them fitted will be the deciding factor?

Random I looked at your auction this morning and thought damn its been FS for a while.

Change the struts yourself ^^^ free.

If they come with springs its real easy.

You need:

A jack

Ratchet

14mm socket

19mm spanner - I think

19mm socket - I think

Wheel nut socket

Pliers

Jack up car

Remove wheel - 5 nuts using the socket that fits your wheel nuts

Remove push in clip that holds brake lines on with pliers

Remove 2 bolts from the bottom of the strut with spanner one side and socket the other

Remove 3 14mm nuts from the top of the strut

Install new strut in the opposite fashion.

The top hat will only go in the holes one way and are labelled left/right. Likewise front and rear are very different you will see the difference. Anything that doesnt work - just use a bit of brute force seems to work.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
