which company i'm looking at ditching NAC as $89 a month is getting pretty steep for me now.

pretty expensive for the first year for me since im 18 and only on my restricted, really low excess though. but we've got my family biz, mums house, uncles aston and other stuff insured through them. they said the only way they were going to insure me is if it was fully insured which is all good with me lol

yeah bro. coz i was updating my insurence. could only have like 20% of what the car was worth of mods. was 2% over somehow. so the dropped me to 3rd party D:

I climbed through a layer of dust and spent an hour pushing the RS through a 500 point turn on slippery concrete to get it out past the van thats on stands (with a blown motor) so that I can finally pull the motor out tomorrow morning.

I just dropped NAC they put up my premium by 150 and said i had to have proof of 5 star alarm install or 5k YES 5k excess for theft.

Got through clubauto for same price as used to have with NAC before the raise and no windscreen excess so all good

I got it dirty! by driving up and down the gravel drive heaps playing with the link, also put icv back on it and for a start couldnt get it to idle below 2500rpm, tried a different icv and working mint now starts mint with no throttle and goes straight into a nice healthy 800rpm idle

Cleaned both mine and the mrs' cars today, after leaving early from work, I could hardly recognise our cars they've been so filthy lately.

Changing the rooted inner left cv boot for a fresh new one tomorrow at my mate's dad's boatyard, didn't get around to it last weekend when we were wiring up my sub and amp due to lack of proper tools. Should really get around to applying the upper engine cleaner to my vacuum tubes and solenoids as well, wondering how much longer I can put up with substandard boost above 4000 revs...

drove to auckland dropped of some rear seats and went shopping now my feet are sore from walking around aimlessly looking at everything.

the drive was awesome the car went like a dream i just hate it when people accelerate on the passing lanes and expressways but slow down to 80-90km/hr after there finished grrr.

Heat wrapped my factory extractors and part of my down-pipe. I didn't have a set of gloves so have heaps of splinters...! I'm quite interested to see how long it lasts.

Spent 3 hours getting the turbo out (some idiot designed the pipework on that one), then another couple getting the motor out and down to a shortblock before giving up for the day. I really need to get out of my desk job and do more manual labour!

ur magnetic sump plug..did u buy a new washer and replace the one that came with the plug?? i looked at mine before i bolted it on and it looked quite sh1t lol

well after a few days of trying to do nothing with my back out of action, filled up on painkillers and thought i should try and do something with the car.

Put in the b4 seats and wheels, changed all the door cards to black and washed it and made a hoist for getting my ez30r into my car, pics as follows
