hows many km's has your motor done

I was just wonder what everyone else\'s subaru motors have done i know people say there unreliable but my cars a 98 new zealand new thats makes it 15 years old.

The motor did come apart at 169,000kms when the tensioner snapped after the cambelt was changed but i still have the factory block and its done 242,00kms now.

Surely there are some legacy\'s out there that would of done more but it has to be the original motor and i\'m just wondering?

Im sitting on 149000 on my ver7 ra had the engine out last year cause the heads packed up but the block is mint

189,885 in my V6 Terrano (sorry not a subaru)

got up to 167,000 before I had to replace the internals in my V5 STI, same black and heads though.

New owner blew it up around 176,000

and the sti had a rebuild at 150,000km.

Odo says 246 or something - I\'ve got nothing to suggest it\'s been replaced/rebuilt but seems healthy enough still - that said its a jap import and who knows what the history is

150k kms on a standard motor before it threw a rod due to me thrashing it.

90k kms on the forged replacement until I got bored with it and tested it up to 30 psi. Oval piston and headgasket issues then.

~20 kms around the block doing very initial run in on the latest engine.....

Sas has a bc 2.2l gx that has over 410000km.burns a bit of oil now though haha

Not a EJ series motor but my Omega (Leone) RX coupe has 300,000km on the clock and I have the no reason to belive that it\'s not the original motor.

I have the reciepts from the previous owner who had clock up the majority of the kms.

EJ20R 330,000? BHG due to heater pipe split was only reason it came out

My current BP is at 165000 km

Mistral is at 300k on the original 2.7T Diesel, awww yeah.

My first RS had somthing like 340K when I got it, ran ok, just used a little oil. I swapped engine out.

I have seen a ADM RS legacy for sale with over 400k on it.

My Blitzen did a turbo at 100k

And for the old school people who remember "Coro...(cant remember full user name) who had a v8 WRX do a BEB at 30K

Mines only 60,000ish old after rebuild. It was rebuilt at 120,000 and that had supposedly only done about 5000 km but no proof of rebuild.

My old legacy with an EJ18 is still going at over 440,000 km now, some guys using it as a courier car.

there are quite a few guys on the US and UK forums with over 150.000 MILES on their V7+ wrx/sti. Pretty impressive. One guy has 300,000 on his.
