Fabricated myself up a full 3 inch exhaust today - tucked up really nicely - and only cost me the price of the new muffler - cut up my old 2.5 inch and threw it in the scrap steel bin

Love my job haha all the great stuff to make stuffs

Nah no pics of the exhaust off the car I forgot - I don't have a hoist so i made it on my bench and fitted it on axle stands lol wasn't that hard at all

built twisted up pipe to suit a downpipe i bought and flipped intake. couple of small things to do but the hard parts done

Not car but trailer:

Stripped the deck bearers and frame down to bare metal, wife brushed/sanded/grinded my way through dirt/dust/rust

Cleaned up the load bed.

Used underbody sealer on deck board (1 Lt)

Used underbody sealer on frame - approx 1Lt

Relaid deck & Metal sheet on load bed

Filled all little holes via MIG weld...

installed new headunit and front and rear speakers in the clubby. found the wiring to one of the rear speakers or possibly the channel on the headunit has failed, need to fault find that one. urethaned my mrs's wing mirror back on from when she drove it in to a pillar. spent most of the day washing the inside and out of all 3 of my cars. came out quite nice. and then rained on two of them.

the return is the return

There are 3 steel hardlines off the petrol tank to the engine bay... One is the high pressure line off the pump, so nothing changed there.

One is the line that used to go to the charcoal cannister, presumably the breather, this is now my return line.

The other was the old return and now just chills out open in the engine bay. Which is not good, as for some reason it's shooting petrol.

it is shooting fuel because with the correct cap on the tank, the tank is now pressurising and forcing fuel back up the breather pipe, i would use a swap the return to the return and see if that is better

Just for future reference bud, Auto and manual front half shafts are the same

not half shaft .... driveshaft . auto and manual driveshaft are different lengths.

half shafts weren't a problem but one was a barsted to put in

Too much monies ow.

I made some rear parcel tray speaker mounts out of 2mm ali. All cut to fit the factory speaker profile but mounting 6.5" Pioneer bass bullets and they fit the version 6 round speaker covers.

Didnt realise the parcel trays are a bitch to get out! However, all done no damage and looks and sounds good.

I even have the template should anyone need a copy.
