Took Truck for a drive around Palmy for a bit cause i can. 8)

Had a look under the bonnet and decided im gonna have to do something about my severe lack in mechanical skills.

Then decided im going to clean, wax and polish the non shiny parts of the car that wasnt touched by the panelbeater ;D

Oops, forgot to say the dash is all back in, went in Wed night.

Slapped a new(er) auto in it this afternoon.

Moaned at both cars...now that I'm down to 3 weeks out of 4 instead of full time >:( Stupid recession. Impreza needs new stereo, rear tyres and some suspension work. Legacy needs its battery back, so will help Lan Killa get a replacement as he has my new one (d'argh)...and it's back to losing water and overheating. Needs to take BC5RA's car's place at Alex's. :-\

Changed rocker cover gaskets and cleaned off crappy old sealant last owner used

Changed Oil and investigated more into leak (turns out sump bolts weren't right)

Investigated steering issues (looks like pinion)

Investigated coolant leak (looks like a dumb clip)

Repaired induction (and put back on properly!)

Found out I am running a TD04G

Had a big rant about bad mechanics messing up my car

Got rid of some scrapes with cut and polish

Drunk some monster energy drink and had some saveloys for lunch

Took pictures and video as evidence of a crappy job last mechanic did and talked about getting the MTA involved

QYKCHK went into town today and came home with a set of boxes that need to be installed into her STI.....

1X pioneer head unit

1X set Infinity rear speakers

1X pair infinity front components...

Install these and remount subs and amps in it this week

Then its off to the tuners next week to get the whole sound system tuned up...

Claybarred, cut, polished and waxed the living sh!t out of chrisjunkie and ReubenH's GTBs over the weekend. VERY satisfying given the awesome reflect-o-matic paintwork now! ;D

Also filled up and jumpstarted my Legacy today. Reckon it's a cracked radiator at this point/ Meh...will just match the engine to the ECU and get an alloy radiator with a feckload of new waterpipes. ;D

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
